Waitlist

When a class reaches its maximum capacity, new registrations are automatically placed on a waiting list. The system tracks queue position, notifies waitlisted members when spots open up, and can automatically promote them to enrolled status. Administrators can manually manage the waitlist, prioritize certain members, or adjust capacity limits.
